How do you furnish the room of a young one? Switching focus and interest, the furniture has to be adaptable also, flexible and, most of all, durable.
Tapio Anttila designed a beautiful, adaptable series of beds you can choose from when furnishing a room for the young and the restless.
The series is called Lofty and is basically about the bed (the same in all scenarios) that is found either on the floor or mezzanine (or both). It can be relocated (successfully) and it’s age-flexible, evolving as the child grows: with add-ons like protective parts that can be later removed and replaced with storage pockets, bedside tables (with mini laptop platforms). The legs can also be replaced with steel ones on which you can fix a set of wheels.
Also, the Lofty beds designed by Tapio Attila are gender-less and different components can be passed on to other children.
