Wood-craftsman since 1987, William Stranger makes sustainable furniture using wood salvaged from the urban landscape. His deep respect for the environment pushed him to use responsibly acquired materials to make his furniture. Even so, William Stranger likes trees more than tables.

The Lake Tahoe Residence as designed by TGH Architects fully meets the client’s requests: to be a summer gathering place for an extended family, relaxed and simple. Natural materials and neutral tones were used for this new summer house built on the footprint of a 1950s house and garage.
