Fragments Rug By Erik Abelin

Remember that magical puzzle rug we talked about few months back? This Silicon glued rug is somewhat similar, the grown up version of a puzzle.
The distinct pieces are held together by a silicon glue web. Though invisible, the silicon glue web has a hidden functionality – to keep the carpet in place on the floor. This whimsical carpet is made by Erik Abelin for Industrial Design.

Kan man bestalla den gjord som en arkitektural plan over huset, om man har ett stort hus med mycket korridorer och rum kanske?

Det är ju det som är tanken. Att ha möjlighet att anpassa den efter befintlig inredning. Den möjliggör att kunna knyta ihop färger och material och på så sätt samla inredningen.
