Casa Camino a Farellones By DRN Architects
This beautiful house located in Chile has one of the most spectacular architectures and surroundings I’ve seen in a long time.
The unexpected pool from the terrace and the view from the top are signed by DRN Architects. They managed to integrate this beautiful house in nature so brilliantly that one could believe the very design of the house was inspired by the hills around.
The Kenig Residence By Slade Architecture
The Kenig Residence stands for Ricky Kenig’s residence, the same Ricky from Ricky’s NYC stores.
While his stores go under the flag “Beauty is what you make of itâ€, his house goes under modern and unique, in the name of architectural beauty.
Three stories high, the Kenig Residence is the home for a family of four: Ricky Kenig and his three daughters.
Box Table By Wolveridge Architects
This Box Table signed by the Australian Architects from Wolveridge has a simple, elegant design and outstanding finish.
Made from wood, it has an architectural shape with a little extra. The cut-in details add a special style touch to a normal, regular shaped table. I love the misleading dimension of this Box table by Wolveridge. Looking at it gives me the sensation of a small-sized scale model of a building structure!
The Funny Bubble Coffee Table By Nathan Yong
A funny and smart creation by Nathan Yong, the Bubble Coffee Table could be a hit on the market.
Looking good and serving its purposes, this bubble coffee table has six plates with special design. It could be great to have it in various colors! Nathan Yong’s inspired work has got Ligne Roset analyzing some of his designs in order to integrate them into their 2009 collection!
Private House, Lake Hollywood
This beautiful house with direct view on Lake Hollywood combines glass and stone in an elegant and luxurious finish.
The spaces are opened and the shapes rectangular for the most part. The fascinating floating living room has completely retractable windows inviting the nature within through the carefully designed terrace. The metal details on the wooden walls add a studied roughness, completely unexpected when first looking at this stylish interior. I like the multi bauble ceiling lamp from the kitchen, it’s a new interpretation of a classic cooking space.
